  • You may place your order online at www.simpressions.org by e-mailing or faxing a Purchase Order, or by filling out the downloadable order form located here Order Form Page

  • All pricing includes complete graphic design services. We provide you with the opportunity to supply your own artwork to assist our graphic design team. Otherwise, our graphic design department can do the work for you. Upon receipt of your order, our graphic design experts will contact you to request from you the necessary artwork. Once the artwork is ready (allow three business days), it will be sent to you by e-mail in the form of a JPEG proof file for your approval. The normal turnaround time for orders is five business days from the date we get final approval on artwork. Please note that orders received after 3.00 P.M will be considered to be received on the next business day.
  • If you prefer to supply your own artwork, the turnaround time will be five business days.
  • We have the facility to provide full graphic design support to our customers. If you choose this option, our graphic design department will work with you to develop the necessary artwork and colour schemes.
  • All prices quoted include design, set up and pre-press charges. Pricing does not include rush order, shipping, or applicable taxes.
  • Unless otherwise specified by the customer, we will ship using the cheapest method which provides order tracking and guarantees delivery within three business days. Shipping charges and relevant taxes will be added to your invoice to a maximum of 10% of the pre-tax invoice amount.
  • All orders are payable in full 30 days from date of invoice. A 2% early payment discount is offered for payments received within 10 days following the date of invoice.
